Flap of skin coming off cat's nose?

Hi -
I've posted several times in the "Behavior" forum re: one of our cats (he's being treated for aggression) - this same cat (Festus) now has a little flap of skin sort of coming off his nose. I'm guessing our other cat might have scratched him there at some point, but it doesn't look like a wound (no dried blood, not red). It just looks like this little flap of skin that's going to come off. We took Festus to the vet less than 2 weeks ago, and he checked out physically, but I'm wondering if this nose thing could be at all significant?

Was the nose problem there when he was at the vet? It could be a wound from a cat swipe, but if it isn't obvious that that is what it is, I would get it checked out. There was another person here who's kitty's nose scabs were a sign of cancer.
