As most of you know, Jeff and i are moving back down south soon.

we have been having trouble getting a place because we needed to get family to look over the house every time, well we finally got a place in Binninup and it's really nice, we only have just over a week left so if we hadn't got it we would be living in a cabin with two cats and a dog lol

here are some photo's, i'm so excited now, iv'e been really stressed about getting a place in time.

i feel soooo releived

It looks beautiful!
Just wait till you fill it up and make it homely then it will be gorgeous!

your right, it's way too empty looking...plus, there isn't a cat in sight! it just isn't a home without the pitter patter of little furry feet

i can't wait to get there and start unpacking, i especially love putting my decorations and photo's up, it makes it look cozy, the kits are always funny when we move house too, they explore it very slowly and sniff everthing, it will be good when they are settled in and comfortable too

when we get back we are holding a renaissance themed party(for our homewarming), we haven't had a party in so long because wev'e been too far away from our friends, our last one was Sirs and Sirens and was awesome.

This time the girls will be dressed as wenches and the guys as kings or knights lol

i ordered my outfit online, here's a photo of it

I'm not here a lot so I don't know what your situation is. But I have to say the house is very lovely and comfortable looking. I'm sure it will feel like home in no time! Can't wait to see more pics.

BTW, are you buying or renting?

Thanks guys

we are only renting for now, we have nearly saved up our house deposit, then hopefully we can buy our land and start building, the rental we are moving into now is lovely and i did consider maybe buying it one day but the backyard is too small and there's no land around it, when we build our place it will be on land with heaps of tree's hopefully, we want a timber house, preferably two story's and with a the master bedroom upstairs like the one we are about to rent..

it is gorgeous though and i know i'm not going to want to move out of it.

that is the ocean you can see
i'm jusy happy we have a place, i'm also happy it's two story because the cats will have more places to play.

What a nice house, and near the beach! If you really end up loving it after moving in...you can just rent longer, and save up more money for a bigger piece of land!

Now for the hard work of packing up and moving.
But the party sounds fun...I'll be there in spirit!
