Alright,

I've got some extra cash and am HIGHLY interested in buying an automatic litter box. Mushi's poop just really stinks, and he never covers it up...But I love the little man.

SOOO...Which automatic litter box is the best?

Or is there some other "litterbox" cure that I dont know about?

HELP ME!

well, i have 3 littermaids, & i like them just fine. i've heard the litter robot is preferred, by those who have tried both, but $300 is just too much for one box, imo. i paid less than that for all 3 of mine.

I did some checking up on those littermaids. And they look pretty decent. But was also reading reviews, and it was like half of the people thought it was great, but the other half absolutly hated it.

I dunno...AND Plus, my other cat Kipper is a huge huge boy, and would need the mega one, and that's like an extra 40 bucks in some places. ARGH!

Im going to have to get one though.

Check out their refund policy--maybe they'll take it back if you don't like it.

well, my 14 pound boy Chip is having no problems with the 3 i have - 1 from the littermaid people, the other 2 from walmart [$89 each from walmart plus tax] how bit is Kipper? oh, the new one i just got from walmart came with a scoop that has little teeth on in exactly the size of the space between the tines, for when stuff gets stuck there!
i've been using an old broken toothbrush handle, but this is much better! it also came with a carpet to put under the box to help handle tracking, etc.

My girlfriend got an automatic litter box for her cat sheeba, the first time it did an automatic clean, sheeba was so scared of the noise she would not use it again! My girlfriend was out nearly $350.00!

I have the same deal with Jackson, he is a VERY stinky boy, So i went to wal-mart ad bout hip a covered litter box with flap, keep in mind I livie in a one bedroom basement suite...IT'S TINY, and I do not smell a thing! A part of that is also because I scoop baby J's litter box daily. Good luck, pls let me know how it goes!
