When the weather gets warm...

Since we're finally having a stretch of warm, sunny weather this week I'm thinking how nice it would be to sit on my porch tonight with a glass of wine, good book and my kitties, of course. I also can't wait until it gets warm enough to go swimming!

What are some of the things you look forward to doing once warm weather gets here?

Well, its a beautiful 73* here today!

I've been absolutely LOVING having the patio door open, having the fresh air come in, and Harley has been totally enjoying sitting by the patio screen door watching all the birds! We've been taking him outside when I get home @ night on his leash, he loves it!

I really can't wait to get out and go camping back home.... getting back on the lake doing water sports! YAY!

The ice cream truck! YUM!

Having a new baby!! Being off all summer and going to the park.

I can't wait to go to the beach!! camping, and going to the zoo. It's very warm here today. I'm just really excited to go to the zoo for some odd reason haha.

I want to harness train Sleeves! I think Nismo will just be too small this year. She seems to be growing a lot slower than Sleeves did...maybe I am imagining it... I want to take my little man down to the park and watch him watch the birds and panic because he got his beautiful paws mucky
If Nismo is big enough I think it would be lovely to take them both out. Or take them to my Mum's garden since we don't have one.
I just love warm weather. I love everything about it, people just seem happier.

I like that it stays warm into the night, rather than the temp dropping dramatically when the sun goes down

I cant wait till it is warm enough to stay outside longer then 10 min without your nose running and carrying ice cycles.

I'm looking forward to letting the kitties on the porch and being able to clean without them underfoot! LOL!
I love fresh air and warm weather. there's just something about it.....

Outside barbeques with beer.
The fact that I dont have to bundle up my kid just to go to the post office.
Watching the summer stars laying on the ground.
THE 4th OF JULY! My favorite!
my mom bought a convertible, that she doesnt know I will be borrowing.
leaving the windows open. (kitties LOVE IT TODAY!)
going for walks as a family

I forgot all about the fair YES I think that might be the most exciting thing here. LOL.

I go to pig out and torment myself the following week to try to lose the weight

I can't wait 'til I can open the pool for my first backyard barbecue and pool party of the summer! (Anybody want to come?)

JosÃ[emoji]169[/emoji] and I go to the park. We take Devin to MLK park, or we go to Rice U/Hermman Park! Living in the city makes one apprieciate the parks more I suppose.

We also go out to suburbia to my parents house and sit by the lake or a boat ride with my dad. My dad loves his boat and taking people out! Thanksgiving before last he loaded up the guests and took them around the lake!

Right now it's just getting to 80, which means that 90s are here but that means I can trade the jeans/shirts for tank tops and shorts.

me too! I love Gyros and fried cheese and fried veggies and funnel cakes and steak on a stick and lemonade and french fries and apple dumplings and... geez i better stop now! the fair is still 4 months away ONLY FOUR MONTHS!!!!!!!!??????? i have to lose 20 lbs so i can gain 10 back at the fair

Wearing my flip-flops, opening the windows - and - TA DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.........

TURNING THE FURNACE OFF! Just did that, I did, I did...

Flip flops and tank tops!
I also love grilling, and summer foods like watermelon and fresh corn!
Also- being able to exercise OUTSIDE! I'm starting to feel like a hamster spinning away in my basement on my "wheel"!
And: swimming and getting a bit of a tan!

well its actually already warm here its suppose to get up to 80 ....I brought out my capris and sandals!!!

Motorcycle rides! I love it when it is just warm enough not to need a jacket, but still need the comfy old denim shirt. In a month or so, it will be almost too hot to ride comfortably during the day.
