oh my gosh oh my gosh...
Okay, warning, this post WILL be spastic.
I was laying on my bed and talking to mom on the phone. Gemma has been cranky all morning, but she saw me and jumped up on my chest and started screaming to be pet. I'd pet her, then stop, then she'd yell at me again until I'd pet her. This went on for a few more minutes until I got up and went to sit down on my chair. Before that, though, when she was on my stomach, she was laying down and I felt her stomach tighten...tight tight tight and then loosen. Then it happened again, tight tight tight, then loosen, then about ten seconds later it happened AGAIN. Holy shoot I got excited. That's when I jumped up in excitment to come post here, I got side tracked though and laid back on my bed, this time watching her in her nest. She saw me and jumped back on the bed (it's low to the ground) and wanted loves, I pet her and she went back to the nest. She did this two or three more times. Right now she's in the nest again and laying down. Before she laid down, though, I saw her stomach tighten again.
Let me tell you! It was so...WEIRD to feel her stomach tighten like that when she was on my tummy! My own stomach tightened up pretty bad when it happened! hee!
However, I did not see or feel any dishcharge from the vulva. Since I've trimmed her bottom a week or two ago, she's seemed to be keeping it pretty clean, even though I've never seen her clean it.
I'm just so excited! I want to wait until I make sure it's actually 'happening' until I call my dad, since he wants to be hear when she has the kittens.
