It's things like this that make it so hard for me to stick to my vegetarian diet!

Here's the receipe

I usually use about 3 good sized chicken breasts and cook them - when they are finsihed, cut them up into little squares and put them in a bowl - add 1 can creme of chicken soup and 1 bag of shredded cheese (I use cheddar and moz. mix) and mix it all together in the bowl.

Dump the mixture into a pan (I use a cake pan) and then use one box of Stove Top Stuffing and put on top of the mixture. I always pour some melted butter on top along with some of the extra cheese that I didnt use in the mix.

Cook until the stove top is crispy and cooked - its really good and so filling!

And here's the link to the thread - http://www.thecatsite.com/forums/sho...t=82248&page=2

The cats house, we just pay the mortgage..
Well, I can't cook to save myself but I do want to learn. Was it easy to make? Mark eats chicken, I wouldn't mind making it for him as long as there was no chance of me poisoning him
!
I once made him chicken stir fry which he liked..and by once, I mean this is the only time I have ever cooked

LOL, no, it wasn't hard to make.......but you might want to have the national poison control number handy just in case!
