I cant find where to put an avatar or signature in. I have pictures but I cant find the links. I went to my control panel and all it says under settings and options is "Edit email and password" "Edit profile" "Edit options" and "Edit vbPlaza options" No edit signature or edit avatar!

Ok, I think I get the idea. Hello everybody! I guess I'm the new kit on the block.
now i have 100 posts am i right in thinking that i can post pics directly from my computer? also could someone tell me how you put your own pic as an avatar and how you put pics of your cats next to the avatar.

Regarding the Avatar...
As a kitten, you have a choice of 5 avatars. The number of choices you get goes up as your post count does, until you reach 700 posts, when you will be able to upload your own personal avatar. Or, since we have started having paid memberships, if you decide to pay to support TCS, you can upload a personal avatar at anytime.
Regarding the small cat pictures next to the Avatar....
I think that you are referring to TCS's Cat Pages.
Those can be accessed by looking at your TCS tool bar, you will see a button called Your Cats. Click that button, I will explain how to use it.

As you know, because I did not know the answer to your question about Your Cats, I forwarded your PM to one of our terrific Mods who found the answer for us.
Members must belong to TCS for 30 days before they have access to the Your Cats feature.

Go to the thread you discovered and in the address bar, highlight the address. Click your control and your c button at the same time (this copies the address)
Go back to the game thread, hit your control and v button at the same time and the address should appear in your post.

You are going to love having your own signature.
We have a couple of great threads going where you can get gorgeous sigs made of your kitties! If you want signatures made, you can post a request along with links to (full-sized) pictures of your kitties here:

Then you can keep checking, and hopefully someone (or more!) in the membership will make you a signature, and post it for you in this thread:

After that, you "right click" on the signature, and save it to your computer. You can then upload it to one of the free online hosting sites such as Photobucket, or Imageshack.
On the screen you're on right now, there's a menu bar to the left. You choose the one labeled "edit signature", and you click on that. You can then paste the " tag" that the hosting site will give you, after you upload the picture, into the box. Then click "save signature"
Sheesh! That sounds really complicated when I write it all out, but if you take it step-by-step, you can do it!
