I've noticed a couple of Eppie's whiskers on the floor over the past three months or so. Is it normal for cats to lose whiskers every now and then? Could she lose them from roughhousing with Cosette?

They fall out just like hairs and new ones grow in. I would say a couple in three months is definitely normal. It would only be worrisome if when you looked at her it looked like she was missing whiskers.

I think it's fairly normal. I found some of Abby's, and before that Molly's, around the house every so often.
