I will move this to Health and Nutrition for you.

Can you isolate her in one room so she can't get into much trouble? I know I closed Abby into a small bathroom for the night.

I put Zissou in the bathroom with a just a nightlight on when she got the kitten crazies right after her spay, so she would calm down a little. Often kittens are totally fine and heal so fast that it seems like they will hurt themselves but don't. She was probably in a cage at the vet (?) so of course she has energy now! Another weird thing was that she likes being picked up and put on your lap under a blanket, it calms her down, but most cats the opposite is true.
Don't be too worried, just don't encourage her.
I was home with Zissou all day when we brought her home, and if she looked like she was going to jump up on something I picked her up (one hand under the butt first, so as not to stretch the incision) and put her on what she was going to jump on.

I put my girls in an extra large dog crate any time I couldn't watch them or they were getting too adventurous.
