It has been 2 years today (April 7) that my kitty Muggins (Pooh Bear) passed away at the age of 19.

I still miss you everyday, and know that we will be together again someday.
I need to say goodbye although you're with me.
I stand beside your grave, yet you are here.
I miss you terribly and hope you miss me,
But when I turn to you, you're always near.
I talk to you as though you lived within me,
Not changed but simply moved in from outside.
I know each day you must a little leave me,
But here, as always, you must be my guide.
You were and are and will be, just as ever,
In many minds and hearts, not only mine.
No physical event can such love sever;
Death is a dimension, not a line.
And so goodbye does not mean you are gone:
So long as I still love you, you live on.

That was a beautiful tribute to Muggins, Tracy. Muggins was obviously a very special cat.

RIP sweet Muggins

I lost my Max last July. He was 12 yrs. old and I still feel like someone ripped out part of my heart. I just can't imagine losing a 19 yr. old cat. How it must hurt. Muggins was a beauty and I am so sorry for your loss. Two years later, I can see your pain is still great. Hugs to you. Muggins, rest in peace dear kitty. You were so blessed to live such a long life and have someone who loved you so much.

Very nice tribute and a great picture too - you can see such character in Muggins' profile and face. Must have been a great cat, but then again they're all great. Lost one of kitties about a month ago and share your sense of loss.
Bless you, Muggins - you were and still are truly loved.

I'm very sorry to hear of your loss as well. Very true that all kitties are special and wonderful in their own unique ways.

Tracy, that was a very beautiful tribute. Muggins was a beautiful girl and I'm sure you miss her very much. That's so wonderful that the two of you shared such a long life together. Muggins is happily watching over her mommy now.
Rest in peace sweet Muggins.
