I always rebeled when a B.F. TOLD me what to do or barked orders at me. I always said you are NOT my boss!

Probably at work :(
I rebel against a particular fast food restaurant in town that has given me lousy service one too many times, despite having complained to upper management to no avail. (maybe this is actually boycotting)

I rebel against soap operas and Starr Jones--even if I'm not watching the TV, I will turn it off the soap operas just to make sure they do not get any ratings from my TV.

Oh dear lets see...

Managers that decide they need to "Pull rank" on me to get something done for them (even though they don't sign my paycheck) - I prioritize other things saying "I need to get this done. If you have a problem speak to my boss as he's the one that asked me to do this".

When I let in one driver and the guy behind him takes advantage of it...then I ride his rear bumper all the way.

I work for a very conservative organization. Our members are pathologists, and most of the people who work here are medical technologists. They tend to be very scientific and introverted. I have to rebel against their seriousness from time to time...I bring toys to meetings and get people to play silly games. I brought hula skirts to a meeting in Hawaii and got our (male) officers to wear them and dance the hula for everyone.

I rebel wagainst playing cards with my relatives when we all get together. (BORING!!!!) Or against have a drinkypoo before 12:00-who made up that "rule"-of course I only break this "rule" a couple times a year. And I rebel against the checkout line at the store 15 items or less- so I have 17 items the the checkout person isn't busy anyway!!!

Hmmm... I guess I rebel against the increasing incivility of US society. I try to hold the door for the person after me, or if we approach at the same time. I also let people "cut" in the grocery checkout if they have only one or two items and I have several.
Oh, I know, I'm a wild one!

I rebel against the idea that women have to wear makeup every day, and I most certainly rebel against high heels. I rebel against mindless corporatespeak, and most especially the use of the word "gift" as a verb. I rebel against the dullness of the workday; I like to insert a little fun into everything I do. And here lately, I rebel—loudly and insistently—against the notion that my employer has first dibs on all my time. Here's me not working this weekend.

The cats house, we just pay the mortgage..
These are all really interesting things!

I rebel against the fact that 'we have canine teeth and molars so that we can eat meat' - It's a personal choice for me not too.
I rebel against my family when they tell me I have to do this, do that, go here, go there, say this, say that. I havent lived with them for 2 years but the females in my family still try and rule my life and expect them to do stupid things at the drop of a hat.
I suppose there are many other things I rebel against, too many to list! I rebel against me useless boss by going on TCS everyday at work

On the other hand there are a lot of rules I stick to regidly.

I do not own a cell phone! I have lived this long without one and I don't need anyone to phone me when I am shopping or driving!

I completely agree with you on this... I don't have a cellphone either and I don't plan on buying one

I rebel against doing something because I'm told to! Ask me if I want to do something....if I say no I don't want to, I mean it! Whining will not move me!

I'm not a spice rebble really, but I will put vinegar, cheese or lemon juice on whatever I want if that is the way I want to eat it! Oh and don't even tell me not to have some potato chips!

Oh, my goodness! I couldn't live without my cell phone!

But I never wear a watch. So I rebel against anyone saying "Turn your cell phones off". I just turn off the ringer! Because my cell is my time keeper! (Except in hospitals...that is different, because there is a reason.)

I never wear make-up...but I don't know if that is rebellious, or just me. I am not a slave to fashion. I like to look good, but I only wear what I like. If a current style is goofy, I skip it!

I rebel by having "too many cats". I know that is hard to do here at TCS, but elsewhere, having 4 litters in 2 years, or having 10 cats is WEIRD!

I rebel against conformity. I think its hard wired into my brain. I will root for the underdog and go against the flow whenever possible. People need to realize that being different is what makes the world an interesting place. Ofcoarse, within reason, if it is indeed unpopular due to its ill effects towards humans, animals or nature than I stomp on it.

Same here. People look at me as if I have eight heads and four eyes when I tell them I do not have one. I have a home phone and an answering machine. I do not see the need for an extra phone bill, let alone the need to make my life mor easily interruptible.
