I'm so uninspired to make dinner tonight. The kitchen is a bit messy which dosne't help matters. I have no idea what to make and it used to be I could look at recipes and everything looked good but right now nothing seems appealing. I just want something really easy to make and filling. Any ideas?

Spaghetti! doesn't take more than 20 min to brown the meat, heat up the sauce and cook the noodles!

Boil some pasta, cook up some bacon. Chop the bacon and add it to the boiled, drained pasta with some garlic and butter and presto - instant dinner!

We are having chicken Ceasar salad made with one of those easy "salad in a bag" kits... Can't get much easier than that

That is one thing I make for an easy dinner. Throw the chicken on the grill and some breadsticks in the oven. Very easy.

Tonight I am grilling chicken breasts and steaming some veggies.

Unfortunately I'm not fond of spaghetti and I should have thought ahead for the crockpot.

Hmmm I think I have some leftover chili, maybe we will have that...

Yes please post. It does sound good too. That might be good for tomorrow night.

I also have tortillas I need to use up. Maybe I can make a chili burrito with cheese and lettuce or something.

Mom gave me a really great recipe that's pretty easy to cook and really healthy. You mix about a quarter cup of zesty Italian dressing with a few tablespoons of orange marmalade. Use some of it to rub into chicken breasts which you then bread and pop into the oven, the rest of it you toss with spinach leaves. Serve the chicken on top of the spinach, its great!

Okay

I usually use about 3 good sized chicken breasts and cook them - when they are finsihed, cut them up into little squares and put them in a bowl - add 1 can creme of chicken soup and 1 bag of shredded cheese (I use cheddar and moz. mix) and mix it all together in the bowl.

Dump the mixture into a pan (I use a cake pan) and then use one box of Stove Top Stuffing and put on top of the mixture. I always pour some melted butter on top along with some of the extra cheese that I didnt use in the mix.

Cook until the stove top is crispy and cooked - its really good and so filling!

Sounds like what I will do tomorrow. The stove top absorbs the cream of mushroom ok?
