Air conditioning. Or, maybe I should say insulin since I literally can't live without it! Only, then, I guess it's not a convenience, but a necessity!

BJ Thomas (pop singer from the 60's and 70's), Charlie Pride (country singer from the same era) and Bump Wills (baseball player, not well-known, from the late 70's early 80's). I would most like to meet Bill Maher.

Bare legs and business/formal dress

I like alternative, but I also like a few scattered songs here and there in pretty much any genre of music.

2. How do you "treat" yourself (ie do something special for yourself)?

I have a hot bubble bath, with scented candles lighting the room, and I play my relaxation cd with nature noises and piano. It's a real stress reliever!
3. What are your hobbies?

playing with my kitties, reading, listening to music, and playing "magic, the gathering" with my boyfriend(it's like a card game)
4. What was the worst job you ever had?

working in a call center...never, ever again!!! I lasted 3 months, and I gave them my two weeks.

microwave...it's how I do all my cooking

Could they be the Fisher Price Little People?

When I wanted to take my Barbies "camping" I would use the Weeble Wobble camper. It was a tight fit, but a little imagination fixed that! I also used the Fisher Price Little People as Barbies babies since they were about the right size.

I like alot of stuff really, but prefer rock mainly, can't stand boy/girl bands who are all the same..... booooring.....

With a good book, a cup of hot chocolate, and all the kitties on my lap... blisss..... maybe throw in a foot rub from hubby too... :laughing2

Mainly reading, but I also love painting and sketching, cross stitch, and decorating.

Working for an Aromatherapist, the work was nice, but the boss was an absolute a**hole.... into all sorts of sick things... like bestiality - as soon as I found that out, my contract went through the shredder and I just left..."buh bye"!!!(not to mention his mail order bride who was about 14..

5. What modern day convenience could you not live without?
Anything in the bathroom!! Couldn't live without running water, toilet, shower, bath.... etc etc...No way!

6. What political subject are you most passionate about?
Hmmm don't really keep up wih politics much, but I'd have to say animal/child abuse, and benefit spongers....grrrr.... (no offence to anyone who's on benefit... its the people who have it when they really don't need it that bugs me..)and I think Hissy already mentioned assisted suicide.

OMG how lame is this!?!? I met the boy band "Worlds Apart" once (puke, barf, chunder) oh and had my pic taken with Kris Akabusi wooohoooo big thrills eh?? (my school MADE me do it!!):LOL: I would love to meet Alanis Morissette because I think she is just amazing, and also Heath Ledger... just ecause he seems like a really nice guy..(nothing to do with the fact I think hes gorgeous or anything... nope... no way... certainly not....)

Have to go along with the "fat people in tight clothes" thing here.... just thismorning I saw a woman in a skin tight leather skirt, with a belly top on, she had a HUGE spare tyre bulging out inbetween her skirt and top!! EEEW!!! I mean... do you have a mirror???

I had a doll named Bibi and a teddy called Big Ed (as in big head....) but I also LOVED Barbies and Lego

A teddy bear that I got for Christmas when I was 1. He was named Spice (don't ask me where I got that name from) I used to take him everywhere with me and suck 2 of my fingers up until about 2nd grade. I still have him, but he is all raggedy and has been sewn up about 5 or 10 times.

It wasn't really a "job", but when I was in 9th grade I was in a program where we got paid to sit in a classroom all day all summer and be lectured to about very obvious things people needed to do to get jobs (bathe, wear clean clothes, etc.) It was highly insulting. And the other kids were obnoxious twits.

the Internet. How did people work without email?

Affirmative action. So many misconceptions. People really just don't get it.

Hmm. I've met some Congressmen, and I know a few football players.

Those FREAKING lo-rise pants. They look good on very few people. And it's currently impossible to buy a pair of pants that are NOT low-rise and don't look like something for your mother. Ditto to the FREAKING stretch pants, too. Unflattering and everywhere. Bring back the loose pants!!!

I loved to read. Barbie was fun; we used to create soap operas.
