Bengal vs Siamese

I've only ever had Siamese cats in my life and it may be time to change breeds, as I recently lost Cinnamon, my 13-yr-old flame point Siamese. I am most interested in the Bengal, but am wondering how they compare to a Siamese's temperament, which I find absolutely lovely!

You might try this in the breeders forum. Bengals I think would be very similar to siamese, maybe a little less vocal (but they do have a voice and like to use it!). They are intelligent and high energy much like a siamese.

I think these breeds are pretty compatible in personality. I would be a little more concerned if you were switching from a long-haired laid back variety to a high energy cat but you already know what the high energy routine is all about.

They are great cats.
