de worming cats without using a pill

Hello

I was wondering is there a way to de worm cats without having to stuff a pill down their throats? For my dog They have something called advantage multi and I just put it on his back and it both de worms and de fleas!


Cats have ANYTHING like this?

I don't know of anything topical. Zissou got this yellow goo stuff in a syringe so that she absolutely had to swallow it.

Revolution comes to mind.
Doesn't work on tapes but does everything else.

tape worms are probably the biggest issue my cat claws and scraches me when i try to open her mouth and insert the pill (that my vet perscribed for me to give her) she nailed me pretty good with her claws also

I usually either have the vet do it or my husband, and they get the pill(s) Drontal, and its for worms. I know I would NEVER use anything from your local store, like Wal Mart, I hear those can be very bad for the kitty!
