Where was your kitty born?

For those of you who know where your cat was born, where was it? Tripod was found near my work, so I have no idea about him, but I adopted Oliver from an aquaintance, so do know about him.

Oliver's feline mother escaped ONCE and had a litter of kittens. (I hope she was spayed after that). She had them in a plastic shoe box right on top of the coffee table. No wonder he's so sociable.

I would love to know where my babies were born. All I know is Trixie, who was born in a garage near an ASPCA foster mom, who took in the mom and kitties..........I'M SOOO GLAD I GOT HER!!!

Harley was born in a cardboard box in a bedroom!

How original, right?

I'm sure she's glad you got her too!

Rotten was born in the trunk of a BMW, and then abandoned by her mommy when she was only 2 weeks old...
Max was born under my mom's neighbors house.
And Bandit was 5 mo old when I got him, so I don't know where he was born...

Thanks! I don't think I could love a kitty, (all of them really) more!

I don't know about Katie. Gracie was born in the garage behind the home where a couple of our Sisters were living. Peter, Claire and their littermates were born in a wooded area behind an apartment complex in a local neighborhood.

Vash, Trouble, Ivory and Shadow were all born at the vet clinic that rescued their moms from the kill shelters.

Cassi, no clue, she was one of the moms the clinic pulled from the shelter.

Spaz was born in a terrible home, supposedly the 'accidental' breeding of full sibling pedigree parents.
I personally think the lady did it on purpose which is why poor, sickly Spaz was dumped at my vet's office to be PTS at 4wks of age.

Some people make me sick! I'm glad you rescued poor Spaz!

To be honest, I didn't want her, but I couldn't let her face an uncertain fate.
Now I can't imagine life without her, she's been my best friend for 12 years now.
PTS for nothing more than severe food allergies and a flea infestation, I don't understand how people can think in those circles.

Buzz was born outside of our workplace. We had a group of ferals out there for years that kept having litter after litter. Most of our employees managed to capture a kitten or two over the years. One guy caught Buzz for me then a TNR group came in and captured the rest. Buzz was 4 weeks old and very sick but he survived. His littermates did not. They all died from distemper. There are now 3 altered females living out there and a few of our guys feed and water them.

Emily and Cubby were born in a barn, Timmy was probably born outside, and I don't know the rest, they were all strays or Humane Society kitties!

I was wondering that too. Shes such a sweet looking kitty...perhaps spoiled Rotten?

Rocket was born to an irresposible BYB who still breeds her two moggie cats (marketing one as a "persian") in Harringay.

Mica was born to a registered (GCCF) Siamese breeder in Lester.

I have no idea where my babies were born they are all rescues dropped off so no one but them know and I don't think they want to remember that far back to tell me.

Teufel was born in a basket in a ladys livingroom 60 kilometres away from Frankfurt.

kaylee i have no idea.. I have been told a few stories.. a kitten with out its mummy so it was hand raised, the kitten is a rescue from italy, or that she is some dump for 5 euros
She is no way near a dump!

I don't know where Rosie was born, but Sophie was born in a vets surgery.

I know where each of my cats were born. Simba was born at the breeders house, in the San Fernando Valley here in California, Ms SunLee was born at her breeders house in Florida. Ms. Angel was born at Kai Bengal's cattery in Hawaii, and Shane was born at his (BYB) breeders in Hollywood, California.

Ari was born in Bedford, Indiana, but Topaz came as a stray. She is now permanently ensconced on Mom's bed!
