rectal bleeding from 5 month old kitten

ive noticed that my kitten has been having some rectal bleeding after she, well, poops ... the first time i saw it was about a month ago and i took her to the vet about it and he didnt seem too alarmed and said that if i see it again bring her back. a couple of weeks ago i thought i saw some dry blood on her, but i wasnt sure so i just let it go, it was only a little dab. but tonight i saw that she had blood on her butt agian... its real red and it doesnt seem to hurt or bother her and she eats and drinks and plays all the time. her stool looks normal, no diarrhea and no foul smells, just the little bit of blood. does anyone now what this could be?

Take her to the vet have her checked for coccidia, giardia and parasites to name a few.

A little bit of bright red blood isn't anything to be overly alarmed about, but it should be checked out by a vet. Give them a call and schedule an appointment for her.
