my day just keeps getting worse!!!!!!

This is supposed to be my day off and well alot of you know the fun thing I had to go into work to do with the he said /she said crap. Well that turned into a HUGE heated arguement to the point that I told my manager that I was going to call the owner if she didn't fire this kid and walked out the backdoor to cool down. She came out to talk to me saying that she wasn't going to fire him and that I'd have to work with him, so I told her simply that I'd send him home everytime he and I worked together since I was NOT going to be threatened, and I wasn't going to be talked to in that manner and if she didn't have the backbone to deal with him, I would. She told me I could not do that, so I simply told her that I was SO over this crap and that if he even so much as looked at me wrong, I'd call the owner and have him fired. She asked me if I was going quit if she didn't fire him, the thought DID cross my mind but since I need the $$$ right now I think I'll make HIS life hell instead. So I leave still livid but I'm trying to get blood from a turnip.
I get home and everything starts to get better, until now, Brad leaves to go bowling and I field a call from a rent to own furniture store. It SEEMS our renter( the one who cannot pay his rent) is trying to rent furniture! No money for rent but money for furniture!? WHAT the heck!? so I call Brad and ask him if he knows what is going on and he is going to call our renter and find out. I just want to crush someone!!!!!!!

I just hate being lied to you know? He got paid today and tells us that he doesn't have money but he's going to get help from some services but can rent furniture??? OK!? Um where is my kick me I'm stupid sign???
As far as work, I'm done with it. I knew it was a lost cause as soon as I lost my temper. But I tell you what, there is a new respect for this girl there, I guarantee that! I WILL not be treated like someones doormat EVER again, especially a punk kid who thinks he's God's gift to the Earth. The Stupid thing is, when he threatened both myself AND my coworker, the manager did nothing. SO I blatently informed him that I WILL press charges on him NO questions asked, then we'd see what kind of tough guy he really was when he was no longer with a job AND in jail! I am overwhelmed at the lack of respect I was shown yet again, and I tell you what, I will not put up with him and am NOT scared of him. I've dealt with my exhusband, I can deal with a punk kid. Call me stupid, but I'm tired of being walked on!

I just hate dealing with smart-a$$ed kids like that!!! I think he needs a shake-up and stick to your guns if he smarts off again!!
I would ditch your renter if you can-its sounds like he has no concept of money mgmt!!

I saw the renter tonight. He came over with papers and told me that the sooner we filled them out, the sooner we'd have our money. OK jerk, where were you before all this had to happen!? I tell you, some people make me sick!
Don't worry, I will stick to my guns with this punk kid. I dealt with looking over my shoulder when I had an abusive ex husband, I WON'T deal with it again!

what can you do? they can't all be good I guess right? I just wish things got settled today and that my renter paid his rent. then I'd be better.

Have you ever seen a movie with Melanie Griffith called "Pacific Heights?" Anyone who owns rental property should see it. I garuntee you'll feel better about your renter.

Mr punk kid was all nicey nicey yesterday with the manager there. Today when we are by ourselves we will see. I tried to avoid him like he had the plague but today he's all mine until 3 pm (Yippie.) I really would like to dunk his head in the oil. is that wrong???
and for my manager to undermine me like that just shows him that he has the upper hand with her when it comes to problems with me. Oh well, fire me please.
I'll FINALLY be free of that ridiculas place. But then again... she's always doing things like that when it comes to the guys that work there. So I should be used to that. Well, off to the pathetic place again..... OH how I wish it'd burn to the ground.....

I hope your day went ok. I hate it when we have to deal with idiots at work. I once was working with a psycho b***h and was told just to live with it. We had a "team building" exercise with her and everyone told the coordinators that she was the problem but we all had to do these stupid exercises on how to work better together as a team. If we got rid of her, there would be no problems.

Actually he was civil today. Acting like everything was good, but I made sure that if I spoke to him someone else was around, someone I could trust not to turn the truth around and let it bite me in the ya know??? AND it was all work related, nothing out of contexted, unless someone else was talking about something and then I'd still make sure that I couldn't be misquoted. I truely don't trust that kid to save my life. I wouldn't be surprised if that place gets robbed in the near future because of him, or something he says or does outside of work. His mouth couldn't produce the truth if you told him to tell you his name. He has more stories then the public library. It's sad and pathetic really but I still don't like him, and won't forget his threats. I am not one to easily have the wool pulled over my eyes.
