Oh My God!!!

Dang blasted weather!!!

The power just flickered. Enough to shut down everything on the computer except TCS(whew!).

I had just finished my 2 page paper. I was in the zone & typing & kept typing. I had saved my paper with my title, but not after that. The power shut down Microsoft word & I lost my entire paper(except the heading, of course). NUTS!!! I cannot even remember what I wrote. I have to start again. Don't worry. This time I will save it a lot. Don't you hate it when that happens?

Eek! You guys are getting a thunderstorm right now? Well, better than tomorrow night when I'm driving home!

yes i do hate it when that happaens cause i do all my collage homework on the pc

I remember when I had to hand write everything 1st as I didn't have a computer at home! Doesn't it seem like so long ago that paper and pen or a typewriter were the norm?

Hopefully you'll be able to remember the important stuff!

It was a good thing I lost my paper. The topic I chose didn't fit the description of what the paper should be. My prof. e-mailed me back. So, I didn't loose anything important!

Mackenzie, I don't think it will still be raining when you drive here. I'd wouldn't be surprised if it is, though. It has been raining all week, I'm sure of it.

Hey, any plans on visiting the HS?

No fun. I once had a similar problem. Did you know you can set Word to auto-save every few minutes or so? Its a lifesaver. Also, make sure you have your computer plugged into a surge protector so these little power problems won't fry your hard drive!!!

Yeah, I was going to mention auto save. At least you didn't loose anything important after all

I wish I could, but I dont think that Harley will be getting a brother or sister anytime soon
