i went to Panera on saturyday, & they're introducing a pizza - i think they're calling it a crispini or something similar. couldn't find it on their website. anyway, they were giving out samples of a margharita pizza when we were there - it was fabulous! my sister, who lived in italy for 3 years, said it was very similar to italian pizza. very thin, crispy crust, not a lot of sauce [if any?] cheese, garlic, tomatoes & basil.
they offer several topping choices - roasted mushrooms
, sweet sausage & apple, etc. but the sample was the tomatoe & basil. going to have to try it, now - they only serve it after 4pm, tho!

I like meat lovers (and I want to stop eating meat..
) and chicken alfredo the best.. yummy! I like thin crust the best, too.

I forgot about stuffed crust, but you reminded me.. I love stuffed crust! I like mine with only a little sauce, too.

Yeah... I've never really liked sauce very much, and I like it when it's crunchy! Plus, it doesn't fill you up as much so you get to have more! LOL

This whole thread is making me sooo hungry!!

Yum... I have a bread machine @ home, but you know, I've never used it! I think I might have to make my own pizza sometime soon!

We use it for pizza dough all the time. We use a combination of white and wheat flour.

Pizza isn't my favourite (I'm a bit lactose intolerant and sometimes the cheese doesn't agree with me
)..but there are a few I do like. My favs are with chicken and broccoli or any kind with onions and Italian sausage. My favourite place to get it is Boston Pizza.

I get broccoli and cheese pizza from Ranalli's or Chicago's if I feel like regular crust, but we normally get deep dish cheese from Lou Malnati's or Gino's East . Because...why even live in Chicago if you're going to order Pizza Hut?!

If I lived in Chicago, I'd never order Pizza Hut or something like that, I bet there are so many small places that have such awesome pizza!

Can you send me some?!
