My name is Jennifer, but I like people to call me Jenny. Boy, I'm getting alot of ideas for baby names in this thread! (No bun in the oven yet, but hopefully soon!) I've always liked Jacob or Seamus for a boy and Siobhan or Kaeli for a girl.

Thank you very much! I think it's safe to use it now...I used to be teased and called Ronald Reagan all through school...sigh....

I'm Tari...pronounced just like Teri...it's short for Teresa.

I actually used to spell it Teri. It's now spelled weird due to a typographical error and a string of mixups when I started my acting career. In the end it was easier to just accept the misspelling as an official nickname than to straighten it out.

Most people end up just calling me "Ter" anyway.

I'm Natalie. You can call me Nat. I'm too lazy to want to write my name all of the time & shorten it to Nat a lot.

After reading through some of these, I have decided I have a very boring name!

Or you can just say "What's up loser?" like my brother does

I have been called "Ka" before for short. Can't get much shorter than that!

What a typical brother thing to say! (Mine say just about the same thing!)

I like the name Karen

Thanks. It was apparently a very popular name that year. There were at least 6 others in my class at school.

I know a lot of Brandi's. Lee's sister is Brandi. His parents have resorted to calling me that girl. Hows that for a nickname!

I'm Joanne - thus the unoriginal username.
It's pronounced JO*ANNE (all one word!), not Joan, not Joanie. I get that a lot and it irritates the heck out of me, but I always smile and correct the person nicely.
