Pound out some chicken cutlets and shake in a plastic bag with flour, salt and heavy on the chipotle powder.. fry as usual.. Reduce a cup of ruby red port wine with good dollop of whole cranberry sauce,salt and pepper. spoon reduction over cutlets. EEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAWWWWW!
