Hello my cat keeps peeing still we got rid of her worms and we noticed she only does it while in heat we are still going to get her spayed soon but is she peeing because she in heat?

Are you referring to inappropriate peeing (outside the box)? If so have the vet check her for urinary tract infection.
Female cats do urinate out of the box while in heat. If she does not have a urinary tracy infection, she is probably marking her territory. I'm glad you're getting her spayed, ASAP!
