hey guys i need to ask something

i have this male persian cat... well a week ago i followed him when he went to take a crap... i saw somethin movin within his feces... i didnt give it much attention... thinkin im prob just hallucinating... well 2 days ago i thought i might as well go check again... and i saw yellow looking things movin after he did his thing... is that worms im seeing?

Probably tape worms, which means he probably has fleas. Take a stool sample to your vet for confirmation. Your vet will advise you how to treat this.

tape worms... are they contagious can they infect my two other cats... or could it reach humans too?
is it a bad kind of worm?

They could be either round worms or tape worms. Tape is like white segment of rice.

Yes tapes can be tranmistted - since the fleas are the ones that are involved, if one has fleas/tapeworms, the others will probably have them too. Not sure if they can be transmitted to humans; don't think so.

They very much can be transmitted to humans. WASH your hands after you scoop. And also get rid of the fleas anywhere, cause if they bite you, you get to have fleas too! There is a childhood memory burned in my retinas proving this.
Oh, and go to the vet. DO NOT use anything over the counter from anywhere for either of these. Under any circumstances. They can be deadly, even the shampoos.
