Pretty New to the Cat World

Hi. I should have introduced myself earlier, my name is Melody and I currently have three cats. We picked up a brother and sister from a gentelman that wanted to get rid of them. Daisy is a black calco and Bo is an orange and white stripped cat. They are both about 11 months old. We live on a farm in a small town in Tennessee. They both were raised outside since we got them. We got Bo fixed in January but Daisy just had kittens three days ago. We don't know who the father is. Both are very friendly and great hunters. No mice problems around our house or our neighbors house. They have plenty of room to roam and play. About 5 months ago late at night we my husband looked outside our door and to our surprise there was a Gray and White stripped cat sitting in our carport. We figured she would run off like most Feral cats but she came right up to him and was very friendly. From that day on we have had Grace. She loves to be held on your shoulder like your a burping a baby. We also keep her outside but we think she was a indoor cat because she is always at the door wanting in.

Also in my family is my husband Tim (he of course named Bo and Daisy after the Dukes of Hazzard), and I have three children, Zac who is 13, Nic who is 8, and my only baby girl Kaede who is 3 and a handful. We just moved to Tennessee about a year ago and we live in my husbands aunts house until we can build our own place. I also am home schooling my kids. We are very busy.

I love this site and all the information I get is very informative. I can not wait to meet some new people.
