Update on Cat in long labor

Just wanted to update everyone. If you are unaware my cat had one kitten Wednesday and was doing fine and had no more signs of labor. Unfortunately the kitten she did have passed away.
We believe it was a premature kitten and that her others will come later. I will update you on when the others come. Thanks.

Oh, no - really sorry about the poor kitten that passed away.
*hugs* to you and to the mommy. Hopefully its siblings will come fine..

Unfortunately just went into labor again and the one she delivered was breeched. The kitten was born stillborn but me and my husband although still very sad were kind of grateful for it was deformed missing a front arm. We do still pray that the other kittens will do fine but our main thoughts are that at least our cat shadow will come out of this okay. This is definitely going to be her first and last litter. I believe this is more stressful than when I gave birth to my son natural. We ask for your prayers at this time if you do pray.

How heartbreaking! Keep a close eye on the Mom, and get her to the vet if anything looks off. Are you sure there are more kittens inside?
