Neuterd cat LOVING stuffed toys??? Help

Is it normal for a neuterd male cat that is 2 and a 1/2 and been fixed since he was bout 6 months, to place a stuffed toy and then sit on it and LOVE it like he was not fixed? I have had Oreo since he was 2 days old and raised him on my own, I never saw him do anything like this before he was fixed. He just recently started this in the past 2 months. Its not often but hes done it a few times now. Did my vet miss something so hes still semi intact or something? I adopted a barn kitty in the fall that was 6 weeks and she came in heat just before being fixed, and when she would crouch an put her butt in his face he would run away scared, and never tried anything with her. Shes been fixed since Jan. Anyone else see a cat act like this before???

Yes, there are many neutered boys here that still enjoy making sweet lovin' to things!

i know that was supposed to be a serious question but

My boy did this for about 3 years... If I ever bring out that particular one (its a white dog) then he will still attack it but yah...3 years of loving.

Seriously... I have read some believe it's a form of dominance when done by a neutered male.

Well Clover's white..and the stuffed dog is white... So I think the dog was infringing on Clover's good looks.

My one of my boss' cats - a 3 year-old neutered male has been doing this for a while now. The object of his affection is a stuffed tiger about his size. She says Domino drags the tiger into the middle of the family room, bedroom or wherever they happen to be and starts having his way with it!

My parents old cat had an affair with the bathroom shower curtain, at least it was someplace we could clean up easily. he didn't LOVE any other furniture in the house which was good but you know men they can't keep it in their pants, or more precisely under their fur. *grin*

It's possibly a bit of both - he always does it to me while I'm sleeping! Not the most pleasant way to be woken!

I can quite believe the dominance thing too!
