Last night I found a soft movable mass under angels skin on her skull.
Its about the size of a dime. I'm going to call the vet as soon as they open to make an appointment for her this weekend. Has anyone else experianced something like this? Good vibes please.

My mum and dads border collie had one like you describe on his chest. It was pink and quite squashy and about 1/2" diameter.

Turned out it was just a cyst so the vet said to leave it and he was fine.

Your doing the right think by getting it checked though.

I'm hoping that it is just a cyst. It doesn't seem to bother her at all when I feel it and she's just playing up a storm like usual. I just want to be extra sure that it is a cyst and not something else.

Are lumps in animals similar to humans where as if you can move them their normally ok?!.

It does sound like it is a cyst but you'll have peace of mind hearing it from the horses mouth as they say.

My parents dog wasn't bothered by his either.

This happened to my fiance. I told my boss that he was going to go to the doctor. He said if you can move it around then you are probably ok (probably just a cyst). If you grab it and it dosen't move, then run for the door and never look back (cancer, he was speaking from experience).

So, yah, with my fiance it was a cyst and was told just to leave it alone.

Hopefully its the same with your dog. The vet will know for sure.

Vibes for Angel! She is quiet the adorable dog, reminds me of my Lhasa Apso a bit. Let us know how the vet goes...

It is a good idea to have it looked at...hopefully it's only a cyst. Let us know how it goes!

Vet wasn't worried about it. She said it could be removed if it started to bother the dog or if it became fixed in one area. We did find that she has an ear infection though so it was a worth while visit.
