Do you snack?

I am a major snacker, especially during work. I find that I am always wanted to chew on something and the end of the pen just doesn't cut it. I snack on everything from chips/cheesies/jelly beans, etc. Sometimes I will snack on something healthy - not not often.

Do you snack? If so what do you normally snack on?

Oh sure, why don't ya just remind me I have a bag of jellybeans in my drawer! I'm not a bad snacker, but I do like to have a little sugar pick-me-up in the afternoon

I mostly try to eat something (somewhat) healthy at work to keep my tummy full, so I voted healthy.

Where's the "any of the above" option?

I'm a serious snacker - sweet, salty, healthy, or any combination therof! I'm not much for meals, though. I'm on medication that does weird things to my appetite so sometimes it's hard for me to eat more than a couple of bites at a time. I try to snack on reasonably healthy stuff during the day and have a meal at night once the meds have worn off and my appetite is more normal.

My favorite snacks? Luna bars, cut-up fruit, trail mix, flavored pretzels, soy yogurt, hummus and veggies/pita chips, and muffins.

I usually crave sweet stuff. If it weren't bad for me I would eat chocolate bars or ice cream everyday!!. To satisfy my craving I eat fruits that are sweet like mandarian oranges or mangos instead!

I need an all of the above too.

The place I work is the WORST for snacks. Someone is always bringing something and we have a fridge and cupboard that is usually stocked with things that anyone can eat. It's very hard not to snack all day.

Recently I've cut way down. I bring a yogurt from home to have before lunch and I really try not to eat anything in the afternoon.

Right now I'm starving - I didn't get to eat lunch and ANYTHING sounds good!

One of the techs just came in with popcorn - YUM!

I'm always craving salty - along with sweet too, Nothing better than popcorn and M&Ms mixed together!

I'm an "all of the above" girl too! Whatever I can get my hands on it's great!
Matter of fact I just put on a bag of popcorn!!

Veggie Booty, a bar of 73% cocoa dark chocolate, pretzels, baby pitas and hummus (i think i might have some leftover babaganouj, too), organic string cheese, organic yogurt, carrot and celery sticks, raisins and sweet potato chips are what I have lying around.

I almost never snacked before I started Weight Watchers. Now I keep healthy stuff on hand to munch on whenever I get hungry, so I'm snacking ALL the time. Mostly fruits or veggies or popcorn.

I snack on salty. I don't like sweets too often...only about once a month...

I usually prefer a salty snack, but not always. I love meat, and will often choose a meat snack of some kind, like jerky or sardines, but I also like veggies or fruit. I often eat a tomato whole, just like an apple. I had an orange awhile ago. But occasionally I just gotta have a Milky Way!

Last week I would have said something sweet or salty, but since going on my diet (4 days now) I choose something healthy. I normally choose either carrot sticks or a oatmeal breakfast bar. 130 calories, 2.5 grams 0.5 grams is saturated fat. All around healthy bar. I love the apple crisp. yummy!
