How do you like them, sunny side up, over easy, or other?

*my question: do you need toast with your eggs?? I do!*

I will only eat scrambled eggs! I don't need toast - I love eggs, I could eat them everyday! Actually, I've had them the past 3 days for lunch

Sunny side up, or poached (love eggs benedict)
Toast of course, since I turn them into egg sandwhiches

Scrambled, but only if they're completely cooked. I can't eat runny eggs. I don't NEED toast, but I prefer to have it. (DH NEEDS it, though. He can't eat eggs without it.)

i like my eggs either poached or over easy and I like them runny, I mean really runny, like I could get salmonella because they're still basically not cooked runny
and I like to eat my poached on toast, but my over-easy ones I like over hashbrowns and sausage with cheese ion top of them- oh can you hear my arteries clogging now! I used to think that I didn't really like eggs, but then I figured out that I really don't like SCRAMBLED eggs and that's the only way I used to eat them
duh!

I like eggs pretty much any style, and my choice at any time really depends on my mood. If they're scrambled, I like them soft; fried I prefer over easy, with the white fully set, but the yolk still runny; same with poached, and I love Eggs Benny. Toast is not required, except under poached.

I like them sunny side up, runny with a bit of toasted toasted with butter on the toast.

I also like them scrambled, with a bit of milk to keep wet longer.

I also like tater tots, scrambled eggs and cheese. YUM!

Another variation is scrambled eggs, potatoes, salsa and flour tortillas.

I also like them in fried rice scrambled, but no milk so they're dry.

I really like eggs, in fact I have about 3 to use up so thats whats for dinner.

Some people would call that poached, Heidi, but it's not. The whole egg goes into simmering water, without the interference of any mold or shape contraption, and stays there just long enough to set. Awesome just on buttered toast -- needs to be nice bread -- or as part of Eggs Benedict (toasted English muffin, back bacon or ham, egg, topped with hollandaise sauce is the traditional, but there are lots of awesome variations on the theme.) And that reminds me, I haven't done Eggs Benny for several weeks -- this Saturday, I think.

When I do eat eggs, I like them scrambled or an omellete. And yes toast makes them tastes much better, and hashbrowns!! (with gravy, of course
