Ever get crabby for no good reason?

I'm having a crabby day today. It started out fine, but all the little irritations of the day are getting to me. I wish I didn't have class tonight cause I'd love to go home after work & just lay on the couch with my kitties. That usually helps my mood. Just wondering if I'm alone in the crabby world today or if there are others?

not crabby today, but yesterday my mood went south really quick for no reason really. I hate those days, the days when the way someone is breathing makes you want to throttle them

I get cranky once in a while when I'm tired, which to me isn't really a good reason to.


I think the supplements I'm taking now are making my moods a lot better now though which is good. I guess they can make you go either way, good moods or bad moods, but for the most part I am in good moods because of them.

My husband will tell you wholeheartedly that I do!

I think we all have those days. Mine usually coincide with a certain time of the month.

I'll come home and cry for no reason, which makes John feel bad, and I hate, but sometimes a girl just has those days!

IMO - "just because" is a good reson to be crabby!

Yes, they come and go. Usually it might be something stupid like I'm bored.

I get crabby a lot at work, but it's usually for a good reason. The trouble is, there are too many good reasons per day!!! My vitamin supplements are helping too.

I'd like to blame work most of the time...but it happens at home a lot too! Ask my poor DH! Sometimes he'll stop what he's doing and just ask me 'Are you being cranky?' Which of course after being asked that, does in fact make me cranky!

I am a cranky old broad. I have crabby days often, but usually try to hide them. I have learned to smile at annoying people while thinking "I could smack the crap out of you and enjoy it SO much! 2 people that know me really well can tell, but neither of them will tell me. I never do it to either on of them, my SO and my daughter.

yes I am guilty of this...but its really bad when its that time of the month, or sometimes if I havent eaten, I get crabby!

I'm so glad to see I'm not the only one. I just was in a mood yesterday. Things are really difficult at work right now (we all took a 6% pay cut a couple weeks ago).

Oh that stinks. I guess it's better than losing your job,but not many of us can afford to take any % pay cut!

Well then you have a good reason to be crabby - that would definately make me crabby!
