My favorite toy as a kid was the Creepy Crawler machine. To this day, I occasionally search stores trying to find one.

I just loved Fashion Plates. Remember those? A few years ago I found a set of Barbie fashion tiles that were similar, so I scooped them up for my niece she just loves them...especially when she can talk my husband into playing with them with her. (He's a sucker for a cute smile!)

Don't feel bad...I still play with them. (Usually with my niece.)

I was a Barbie fanatic! It was all I could do the other day while in Kmart not to buy one!

I never much got into Barbies...maybe I missed out on that gene?

I was into Littlest Pet Shop, Pound Puppies, Beanie Babies...are we noticing a trend?

When my ex and I were together, I bought his daughter all sorts of Barbies- clothes and accessories too! unfortunately she didn't get the Barbie gene either

I also loved Strawberry Shortcake- I think it was dolls of any kind that I liked and I do remember Pound Puppies!!

Another Barbie fanatic here.
I morphed into a Barbie Collector for a few years, when I could afford it. There are some AMAZING collector/limited edition/collector's edition Barbies out there.

And yes, Tari - I had Fashion Plates too! I loved them!! I always wanted to be a fashion designer when I was little.

Well, Barbie was ok, except for my cousin actually had Barbie, Skipper, etc. and I had the cheap version - Tammy.

Rockem Sockem Robots were great (wish I could find them now), and I loved Fun Flowers and Spirograph.

OMG, I did too. I used to take them into the bathrub with me, so they're probably all ruined.

But man, I wish I still had my Kitty Surprise...such a hilarious little toy.

I'd never seen a KittySuprise, but I had so many stuffed kitties, I'm sure I would have loved it.

Mine had a litter of 4!
Which of course started a fight (at the family birthday party, no less) because my sister's Kitty Surprise (our bdays are 2 weeks apart) only had a litter of 2. And hers were both boys.

I should buy one for my neice. She's only 1, but I could save it. Well, maybe not. I'd be too tempted to open it.

I was thinking about getting one for teh shelter. For all of those people who come in wanting their kids to experience the joy of their cat giving birth....

If you find one let me know! I loved that machine as a kid, one of my friends would make stuff for me.

I loved TMNT!!! I had everyone except for 2 Leonardo toys and there was one other I was missing. I had a bike, pizza thorwing machine (it would roll around on the ground and spit plastic pizzas! so much fun for tormenting my little sister), a sewer, etc. You name it for TMNT and I had it. Nieghborhood boys loved to come over my house to play!

My little sister was big into barbie. Someone got me a Stacie doll and I took one look at and threw it in the trash after they left! Opps.

Oh I always wanted a Kitty Surprise! Soooo bad! Mom was single when I was at that age, so it just wasn't something she could afford at the time. I did have some Littlest Pet Shop things and Polly Pockets. One is a castle with a gazebo and horse drawn carraige...I still love that thing!

My Mr. Ed the Talking Horse hand puppet was my favorite toy... he really talked! I wish I still had him!
