The cats house, we just pay the mortgage..
Everytime I read these threads you all make me feel so bad for the lack of imagination that is put into what I eat! I am useless.
Mark made me an omlette last night with potato, sweetcorn and peppers in it it was absolutely yummy and I could eat it again right not, and for tea tonight but we are having Fajitas!! mmmmmmm roll on 5pm!

Looks like a cajun spiced high heat roast butterflied chicken again. No sides... we'll eat that with the cats. Looking at chicken cutlets in a cranberry/port wine sauce for the weekend. We'll eat that without the cats.

John made chicken last night, but I wasn't feeling up to eating that, so I had a handful of frosted mini wheats and some juice

I am having tests today at noon so I haven't been able to eat anything since 6am so I'm going to have a nice big dinner. I'm having Chicken Kiev, Brussel sprouts and rice. Ice cream for desert with chocolate sauce... okay now i'm getting hungry.

Steak in a red wine sauce with creamy mashed potatoes...yum.

Followed by syrup sponge pudding, haven't decided whether to do custard with that yet

Tara has something cooking in the crockpot right now. I love anything in the crockpot.

I'll have to try the recipes some of you posted in my cooking thread forever ago.

Are you making fresh custard?! I'll be very impressed!

You'd have more time if you could keep away from here though, hey?!!

Chines style pork dumplings - picked them up at Costco on the weekend. I am looking forward to trying them.
