What's everyone having for dinner tonight?

I'm making some Bar BQ chicken and scalloped corn. Mmmmm!

Probably something really expensive and yummy at Thunder Bay Grille!!! Steak, crab stuffed catfish...hmmm...don't know what it will be yet, but steak is high on my list of wants as of right now!

Pumpkin, spinach, feta, with pine nuts. Its sooo good and pretty filling!

Just about anything someone is offering to feed me! (no shnauzer pickles, right Mackenzie?) I think if I can get up I'll bake some chicken in cream of mushroom (or broccoli if I have it!) soup with rice.

Oooo...just as I typed this, a friend of Dh's called and asked if we want to go out to dinner tonight for some Mexican....sounds good to me!
Plus I don't have to cook it!.....except I just think I heard DH turn down the idea....back to chicken....I better go defrost it.....poo!

Orange Roughie with lemon sauce, fresh broccoli, potatoes and one other veggie (whatever I have in the refrigerator - probably orange cauliflower).

I'm trying a new Weight Watchers recipe for fat-free vegetable lasagna. I put it together last night. I thought it would be a relatively quick & easy recipe, but it ended up taking an hour and a half and most of the dishes in my kitchen. After all that fuss, odds are it won't be all that great...after all, it's fat-free vegetable lasagna.

Rotini with homemade chunky spaghetti sauce - tons of garlic, black olives, onions, shredded carrots, and textured vegetable protein. It's actually the first time I've made real homemade spaghetti sauce (usually I'm lazy and use the stuff in a jar) but this stuff is sooooo good that I'll be making it again soon!
