There was much more to it than a simple dumping, I'll just say that 4 people were involved, and two of us ended up very hurt (emotionally).

Neither! DH was my first boyfriend. I just didn't see a point in dating most of the time. I think I was too busy picking up the pieces of my friends heartbreaks. I guess that kind of makes me....hmmm....not a dumpee's dumpee.....call it more like an emotional janitor!

I'm thinking it was about even. I've had my heart broken a few times and broken a few hearts myself. I really hated dumping this one guy, he was really sweet, but seriously got on my nerves and i got to the point that I couldn't stand him anymore. So that was tough because he hadn't been a jerk or anything. It's easy to dump a guy when he does nothing but make you mad! It's like "Oh please just be an ass, just once, so this is easier!" LOL!
Any time I was dumped, I was usually glad for it later. Like the guys who dumped me in my teens because I wouldn't have sex with them. Way better off without them! One dumped me, and a few months later I hear that his new girlfriend is pregnant. Way to go dumbass! He married her and they have another kid, and his mom (his mom tried to get us back together a few times, she loves me) told me he was pretty miserable. Last time I saw him, he looked like it, not that he spoke to me, and not that I care! But he should have waited until he found the right person and was ready for the responsiblities that come with it!
I can't look back on any relationship I've had before my hubby and think "I wish we'd worked it out..." because I was always glad it ended when I looked back later.
