So Lee has a new nickname now... Crash!
We have decided that the car just isn't worth fixing. We are pretty sure the frame is bent. Part of the hood is pushed furtherdown than it is supposed to be, and the grinding noise is probably the strut. Lee is really good at fixing stuff and with the guy at the body shop lending us the shop and the tools for nothing, its a big help.

The guy with the Prelude we wanted to buy a few weeks ago still hasn't sold it so I am going to drive it tonight to see if I like it. Then we will have to see about insurance and a small loan to buy it.Then we should be back up to the 2 cars we need. Cross your fingers that the prelude passes both tests (Lee's and my dad's)!

I am so sorry about the car! At least no one was hurt! That is the most important thing.

Yea lee was very luck that they are still alive. The side of the road the ended up on was the "good" side with and embankment. The otherside is a very steep hill with a lot of big rocks and trees, the would have flipped down the hill into the trees.

Prelude has just failed my dad's test so he won't cosign the loan and I have NO credit. So the hunt is on!! I am looking at a used 2004 Saturn Ion. Reading reviews and so far so good. Its a great price too!!

Too bad about the Prelude!

The Saturns are really nice, good price ranges too - I like the black ones

What kind of car are you looking for? Something small like a Saturn, or midsize?

Well it has 3 tests to pass before it can have a new home in the country!
I have to approve, Lee has to approve (hard sell), and Dad has to approve(hard sell).
Dad has a thing for Saturns, Lee has a thing for anything sporty and fast. I just need a car!

Lee is looking as we type so maybe he will find somehitng with a decent price that will fit our wants and needs for about 11,000.

Ok so I went and looked at 2004 Mazda 6 last night and I AM IN LOVE!!! It only has 25,000 miles on it and sticker price is 18,000 but the salesman told us he could get it to atleast 16,000 foor me. Its a standard shift which I love, and is bright blue. The problem is my dad doesn't think its a good idea. UGH!! When is he giong to let me grow up? He says its not a good time in my life to go into debt.... uhhhh when is a good time to be in debt?? Never!!!! So I think I am going to see about getting a small loan without him to cosign for the prelude and save up my money so I can get a Mazda without him.
