The cats house, we just pay the mortgage..
At the minute (past few days) I have this unquenchable thirst all the time. I'm drinking gallons of water but my mouth is constantly dry. Food feels like its just sticking to my mouth.
What does everyone drink when they are crazy thirsty?

try milk - it is thick enough to coat your mouth and throat that it might help.

If I've been working outside and its say after 12:00 I'll have a cold beer too!!
But i I've been perspiring I'll drink Gatorade as I'm probably dehydrated.
Have you ever mixed fruit juice with sparking water???

I will try milk when I get home.
On Friday night my mouth was so dry I could hardly sleep it felt awful, I've never had this before.
I'll also try fruit juice and sparkling water. Thanks

Is this thirst unusual for you? Being thirsty all the time is a symptom of diabetes. Not that I want to freak you out, but if it continues on like this, you ought to check it out.

Its not normal for me no and I was thinking along the medical lines. At the minute my tongue feels kind of stingy..that make sense? Not long ago I was tested for thyroid problems because I couldn't stay awake for very long and was also tested for diabetes which came back negative.
I am getting kind of annoyed with this though because I am drinking plenty, it doesn't feel like when Im normally thirsty either its a different kind of thirst.

Adults generally get feel thirsty AFTER they actually need water. I'm sure you know that water is the best thing for you.

I prefer soda water. The bubbles seem to quench my thirst better.
