A very handy website

While reading my April 2006 there was a tiny article about a man getting frustrated watching his elderly father use the automated system during a phone call.
He has a website called gethuman.com which has a 14 page list (its printing as I type this) of how to bypass those pesky automated systems and get a live person faster. The whole website is interesting!!!

I'll have to check it out, 20mins on phone to easyjet without speaking to a human yesterday, bugs the life out of me!

I think these are only US phone numbers however you could try the steps they use and see if they work!!

Had a look they are, but I'll try the tips & see if they work here! Might be an idea for me to set a uk site up if they do.
