Jaz freaked me out last night!

There i was watching the X-files, Pete had gone to work (night shift) with Jazzy curled up on my knee. Scene of peace and tranquility.

Then Jaz sit up all of a sudden. From sleepy moggy to instant alertness, ears standing bolt upright, big eyes gazing up the stairs. I turned round, nothing there, but she was very alert watching the stairs then looking towards the kitchen door

There was nothing there, or was there ?

Now its not the first time that my cats have done this to me but last night really freaked me out. I have never seen her so intense, could she be seeing something i cant ?

Perhaps Jasper (RIP), Smudge (RIP) or TC (RIP) passed by ?

You were watching the X-files, no wonder you got a fright when she acted weird

They can even hear stuff outside that you can't. My dogs do it all the time,barking at the top of their lungs and it scares the heck out of me!

It was kinda scary, perhaps I should have chosen Wallace & Gromit and the Were-rabbit instead of the X-files to watch

But i am certain that they see things we dont.

Well today i made sushi
