I need help once again... Mr Kitty is doing well and waits for me to come home and "walk" him accross the street , so for now he has two homes...

My trouble is in the food dish I found white hairs ... I last night meet who they belong to ... A lovely orange and white cutie .. By attutude I say male ... He is a stray or a neglected cat as I can feel his butt bone... it was very dark so i didnt get a real good look... He is skittish but I was able to touch him///

What should I do other than leave food and water out so he at least gets something??

If he's that thin, then a vet visit is definitely in order. Also, neutering him will help him! After all that, if you want to continue to take care of him, fresh water, and food, of course. He would probably appreciate some kind of shelter. I myself have not tried to make one, but if memory serves, people use rubbermaid storage bins with a hole cut in it, and you can put some straw in it. The straw will help him maintain his body temperature.
