West Palm Beach Help, Please

Hi, all.

I have a friend who's adopted a stray from the streets of WPB. The stray is a female young siamese with a lame leg, but generally seems to be in good health. Jeff has put off spaying her because he's been quoted $200, and asked me if this was "right" because they haven't got a lot of money. So, I told him I'd look into it.

And of course, that means I'm turning to you all who know more about this stuff than I do in WPB. Can you locate a low cost/free spaying clinic, and/or a low cost vaccine program for them, and post here? They really are poor...but they have big hearts.

I appreciate all the help I can get.

I presume you meant West Palm Beach in Florida. Here's a few contacts for them:

People must go to the Spay Shuttle between 8 and 9 am with their clean, leashed dogs or cats in carriers. Pets go home in the afternoon. Call for details.

you know, I didn't even realize I hadn't put in the state. And I had proofed it, too! D'OH!!! Yes, it's Florida. My bad. And thank you so very much. I'll get these three options over to him ASAP...you rock.

Thanks so much!
