~~~ Good Friday/St. Patrick's Day Morning ~~~

Hey everybody! Finally Friday and payday.
Got the green ice game tonight, leaving work early to pay some bills and get ready for tonight.


What's everybody doing tonight and this weekend?


Hope you are all wearing green. I'm not since I don't have anything green. I'm sure I'll be getting pinched all day by the lovely ladies in the office.

Well, I'm still in the PJs and there is green in the print.

Must start the monthly newsletter for our lapidary society today! But I don't wannnnnnnna!

I am wearing my green today!!! Its going to be a busy weekend!! Saturday we are going joggin in the am, grocery shopping and cleaning in the after noon, and its opening day for east alabama motor speedway so we will be at the race track in the pm probably into sunday am...

Sunday is bowling day, and the air show that I hope we get to go to if it doesn't rain.

It will be funn though!!

Because right now there's snow on the ground and it's 25 out.

You are always welcome to come down here and watch our local boys race out there on the red mud!! Then Tara and me can skip it and stay and watch chick flicks and eat popcorn and chocolate!!

Its not so bad until the dust starts flying and it gets into everything. Your eyes, your ears, your hair, and your food or drinks. I actually have a good time but don't tell Lee that. He would want to go every weekend!!

Good afternoon!
Today is sooo boring at work! I might leave early I haven't decided yet.
Mark is buying a big cat carrier for me because the one we have won't fit them both in anymore because the baby has grown so big! Because Mark is away tomorrow night I'm going to stay with my sister but wasn't going to be able to go because I couldn't transport both of the cats, but if Mark buys one I'll be able to!
We are going to have a few drinks and chill out. The cats will have the run of the hall and the bedrooms but my Mum has an insane Springer Spaniel - Alfie, he's only 7 months old and he's met Sleeves a few times but he is just too big to have around the cats so we have to make sure we keep them apart!
It should be fun...I hope!

Ooo!! I've got people coming over for some corn beef, veggies, and SODA BREAD! Yum...that I'm making myself. So this should be interesting.

Then we're going out. Not sure where yet...if in walking distance or with a little travel. I prefer walking since I don't want to drive today (then I have to stay sober )

Happy St Paddy's day everyone. I am wearing my green today (apparently according to a co-worker - bright green). I am clueless about what is happening today. Hardly anyone is at work, and once again I have no motivation. Kevin had a bad night last night and I am lucky if I got 3 hours sleep. It's my hubby's b-day this weekend, but he isn't one for celebrations, so maybe I'll just cook for a change. Got to do a Petsmart and Costco run this weekend.

I was supposed to work today but my whole day was cancelled last night...I was kind of looking forward to going in today...the weather is beautiful. Oh well..I'm going to mail about 6 resumes out today (and keep my fingers crossed that something good comes out of it), and in the afternoon I might go and talk to my wedding florists to figure out the flowers once and for all. Tonight Jeff is coming into town and were going to go out with some friends for some barley's at the local pub.

I'm wearing my green today, but with red hair and a very Irish name, there's no mistaking where my ancestors came from! I'm going to a fish fry tonight - a good Lenten activity!

I have all blue on-I'll change to green later!!
DH wants to work on the taxes this weekend, I will want to work on that pile of bark and twigs in the front yard. I planted seeds yesterday-today I will transplant. Wanting for phone call from a potential client-however I have to bid for this job (yikes!!) General housekeeping-rent some movies so I don't have to watch basketball all weekend!! Run to store for beer so I can have green beer tonite. And write up and email the minutes from the hosta society newsletter.

I'm wearing my "Lucky Socks" they have a shamrock on them and say "Lucky Socks" No Plans for the weekend, I'm sure I'll hook up with J at some point, but I work all weekend too so it'll just be me and the kitties chillin on the couch

Relaxing tonight and then heading to the hotel to see my family tomorrow AM, I can't wait!

Got off work yesterday at 3PM, boy was that nice! Went to the Y, came home, went out to eat with a friend, came home and made a bday cake for one of my co workers and went to bed!

You don't have to be wearing green to be feeling green. Remember in the wise words of Kermie the Frog "It's beautiful being green". Green is a state of mind (and for me for 6 months in high school an accidental colour of hair).
