I'm glad to see you're making jolly good use of your new camera, Danielle!

....and yes, do post as soon as you get pictures!

Fantastic new pictures, too!
Jasmine looks like she's trying to explain to you what her toys do!

Definitely a cutie!

Yes, Jasmine is a very happy baby because she has a mum who she can laugh at all day !

She's gorgeous, of course. And what a busy girl! I just love this age....when the look is just right, you can see a glimpse of the child she'll become. Have you seen it? Because I think I can, in those pictures of her playing on the floor. Especially the one where she's concentrating hard on the task at hand. She'll be a heartbreaker.....sorry, Daddy, better invest in a porch swing and a baseball bat lol

It's a good thing you didn't keep us waiting for those, Mum!! You'd have been in deep doodoo.

My, what a little sweetie -- and as Lauren said, you can see she's a little character, too.

It's not just the baby blues, rosy cheeks, and grin - Jasmine's distinctive eyebrows set her apart, as does her charisma, which really comes across in the photos. She should be in advertising, as she can cheer anybody up.

You have a good eye.

I was not aware of Jaz's eyebrows until I read your comment.
Even at this early age, Jasmine's beautiful eyebrows frame her baby blues perfectly.

Oh Mama...when she is 16, you are going to be in BIG trouble.

I'm waiting for the day when she's old enough to come on here to read everyones posts about her

Oh and she's got plenty agony aunts and uncles here for when the boyfriends come along, not to mention we can vet them first!

Jasmine turns 7 months old today

The past month has been a stuggle in this household. She has reached that age where she realises Mum continues to exist when she cant see me. This has therefore meant that unless she was sleeping or I was holding her - she screamed. It was a very trying stage but thankfully it seems that we have moved on from this. Thankfully.

She can now sit up completely by herself and has started commando style crawling across the rooms. Its very precious to watch her see something on the other side of the room and her determination as she heads towards her prize. They sure do move quick!
She can now get up on all fours and is rocking, so proper crawling is not far away. Time to think about childproofing this house I think.

There is no sign of teeth but she has started on solid foods. Loves her vegies but refuses to eat fruit. She knows exactly what time it is when I sit her up in her highchair and she just sits there with her mouth open waiting, often impatiently waiting!
