So I was checking in on Kitten A and B and they're about 2 1/2 weeks old now and both their eyes are opened fully. I just remembered Yen's last owner saying someting about her eyes sight and how she like has bad vision in one eye or like a lazy eye. Kitten B's eyes look watery and sorta glazed over but I can still see her pupil moving and it responds to light and movement., etc....so is this normal?

It sounds very normal. Kittens this young are still learning to focus and control their eyes, so you will see a bit of a glazed look, as well as the eyes crossing or both looking outward sometimes.

Just be careful if they start getting gunky. An Upper Respirtory Infection can cause damage to the eyes (maybe what the other cat mentioned had happen).

It is very common to have eye infections when the kittens are two weeks old. Mom licks the kittens in the face after stimulating them. I have a little secret cure. I rub a little bit of milk in their eyes. Cows are fed antibiotics and the antibiotics the cows are fed helps clear up the infection. If it persists longer then a few days you need to eye ointment from your vet. I have never had a cat yet that it did not work with.
A little gunk in the eye is normal.
Make sure it is Whole Milk, Skim and 1% sometimes are not as strong.
