I love Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink, the Breakfast Club, etc. What are your favorites?

Even though I was still in grade school, LATER in life my fav 80s flicks were Breakfast Club and Sixteen Candles. I think I saw Animal House, but can't remember.

Ooo...Dark Crystal was the 80s too?? Sweet!!! Add that to my list! Oh yea and Muppets Take Manhatten!

I was thinking bout the Muppets too! did you watch the TV show? I loved the Swedish Chef "Chicky Chicky Chicky!!!

Totally! I tried to get into the Muppets Tonight when aired, but it didn't have the same flavor. They were all too "nice" too each other.

The Dark Crystal gave me horrible nightmares when I was little...

Oh!! Don't forget the horror flicks--Nightmare on Elm Street, Friday the 13th!! Freddy gave me nightmare forever!! Still kinda spooks me.

The Exorcist (I think was in the 80's)

-Robin Hood (with Kevin Costner)..I think it came out in the late 80's

and of course...my fav TOP GUN!! as soon as I saw that movie in 1986 I knew what a wanted to do for a living!!
