my most prized possesion is a necklace Jeff brought me for our last anniversary, it's so beautiful and means a lot because he brought it.

i also have a friendship bad given to me by my best friend, inside it has -

Bandaid - for hurt feelings
Eye - to keep an eye on you
Flower - to take the time to smell the flowers
String - to remind you to ring me sometime
Paper and pen - to write me a note
Wine glass - to have a drink on me
Tissue - to wipe away your tears
Hair - for when you pull yours out

and on the note it says - We will always be friends - you know too much.

what's everyone elses prized possesions?

Other than my kitties, my most prized possesion are my scrapbooks and, of course, my flute.

Although, I'm about ready to start the long, expensive process of replacing my flute. This one is my first handmade flute and my first 9K headjoint...it's a Powell, if you know anything about flutes. It has seen me through a lot of highs and lows and gotten me through college, so I won't be selling this. Not only because I'm attached to my first handmade, but also for practical reasons: it'll be an extremely solid backup instrument.

My most prized possesion is my weird collection of movie ticket stubs that I've collected for about 6 or 7 years. (I'm a movie fanatic) Most recent addition is to Memoirs of Geshia. I would say my 3 year old son, Telaryn, but he's not a possesion.

that's pretty awesome and i don't think it's weird, Jeff has one movie stub he won't throw out and that's to Lord Of The Rings

My most prized possesion is my bass guitar. I wanted it so bad so I worked so hard for it and finally got it. Right now it's the biggest thing I've accomplished so far in my life.

For those that haven't seen it yet:

Other then that I'd have to say my converse.

It sounds a little sappy, but I think mine is the AA medallion I got when I was sober for a year.

It sort of symbolizes all the growing I've done in the past year and how far I've come. And how lucky I am, because most of the people I entered rehab with have returned to using drugs.

I'd have to say my computer. It's second hand and sort of old, but it gives me much pleasure. After all, it is my window to TCS!

Loving my beautiful baby girl
My most cherished material possessions are a Christmas stocking my Mom made and hand designed a few years ago for Sierra that has a precious picture of my baby girl as well as her name across the top in glitter, along with priceless quilts my Granny has made for me throughout the years.

Probably, letters that meant a lot to me, from my parents, my husband and my daughters. I keep them in a box, and sometimes will re-read them, and get teary-eyed at some of them, as they are so sweet!!!! One thing I kept, is a Essay Project my oldest daughter had to write in 2nd grade. She nominated me in that Essay, to be "Mom of the Year"... WHY??? --Well, her main reason (and don't ask me why!!
) was " And finally, I think my Mom should be Mom of the Year, because....... she does NOT make us wash windows!" --WHAT??!!!!!
That STILL makes me laugh, and that daughter is now 33 years old!!!!! hahaha

--Yeah, I guess I am pretty sentimental!

There's no place like home
I have so much "stuff" and for a long time I thought I needed it all. After our house caught fire a few years back (we got the fire out immediately so minor damage), I walked thru the house to look for those items that were really important to me. My thought was - if there was only one thing you could grab in a hurry, what would it be? I decided most of it could burn but I would miss some of the jewelry that I inherited when mom died. A beautiful gold bracelet that my dad bought her and her wedding ring.

(the only thing I thought of that day was to keep my husband and critters safe.)

Lost in thoughts of quills...
I don't know about my most prized possesion, but I really charish the only two pictures I have of my very first cat, Angel. She lived less than a year, but will remain in my heart forever....

Here pics of the pics. She came from a bad home and was very scared is why the pics aren't closer. They are fuzzy and b/w, my mom only had a b/w disposable camera then and these are pics of the real pics. Never mind about the messy room..lol

Nuby who is still alive is her sister and I'm so glad she's ok.

Mine is something my husband gave me for our 1 year wedding anniversary....he had a plaque made with 2 poems that he wrote....one poem was about our first date and the other poem was what he thought "love was".....he also had some pictures of us in the background, it was so sweet and thoughtful

My other prize possesion is any picture of my mother (she passed away 3 years ago.)

Gosh, I don't think I have a most prized possession other than my furbabies... Someone made the comment about what to grab in case of a fire- I can't think of a single thing but my pets. I have some jewelry and stuff, but nothing really sentimental.... I don't know if this a sad thing or not

I havea hat box full of cards and letters and things Lee and I have exchanged over the 3 years we have been together.
I have a rose out of every bouqet he has given me, my corsage that he gave me for my senior prom, pictures from our vacations, movie tickets, deflated balloons, and cards. The funny thing is for some reason we started giving cards for every month we were together,
they were really sweet and then we started giving eachother the same cards. they had different designs but the same words!! We did that 3 or 4 times!
I cherish those cards and letters!!!

My Children, Fur Babies, Family photos in that order. I need to get a fire proof safe for some of the photos as they are of my grandparents grandparents.

I am lucky that I only have one child still at home, but I have 5 Chihuahuas, 13 cats and kittens, and two hamsters. LOL I hope I would have time to get them all in an emergency. Good thing we have a van!
