They shouldn't be fobbing you off like that, this has totally made you have to change your plans for the day. What if you had to drive to work! Or you had to rush a cat to the vet? They need to get off their bums and move the car.
They need to get out there and do their jobs. You help pay their paychecks so the least they can do is get the vehicle either ticketed or moved so you can go on about your buisness!

I have just grabbed my housemates Highway Code book and checked we're right!

Plus, it's just by a corner too! Which is also not good!!

I just can't believe how much of a pain in the bum this has turned out to be

Is the car unlocked?? If you can put it in neutral and push it out of the way yourself!!! Then it will be their problem not yours!!

If it was unlocked, it would be well gone by now!
Sadly nobody has even wanted to give it a go!
Of all times this high car crime area is slow!!

I would be tempted to smack the car with a baseball bat or something - then again I have pregnancy hormones rushing through me.

Well the torrential rains of yesterday changed to major winds this morning. A lot of people at work said the had brown outs - we were lucky and didn't. My sister who lives in the country had a full fledged blackout, but at least they have a generator. A co-workers daughter asked if there were batteries that they could put in the TV to make it work. I had to battle my way to the bus stop this morning - I had to walk into the wind the entire way. I get to work and have a boring meeting for 2 hours - you think the people presenting would be prepared - they had to leave the room twice to photocopy missing pages!

Almost lunch - don't know what I want to eat today. I didn't want to get out of bed this morning so I didn't make my lunch. Maybe I'll get a sub.

Hope everyone has a good day!

According to my husband... the zoo
Weather here today is pretty cool with rain off and on.

I'm going to go walking with a friend - we agreed "rain or shine" as long as it's not downpour. We both want to walk, but need accountability partners so we are going to give a try. Today is our first day!

The weather is crummy here today too...was in the 60's yesterday now it's snowing and 32 degrees. I guess it was too good to last anyways!!, I've been busy the past couple of days putting resumes out and looking for a permanant job. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I can get one!!

Yeah, still no go
Plus, the Police were busy as everything was kicking off round here yesterday! (possibly because of the replica firearm weilding guy a week or so ago!!
)

I waited by the window for the rest of the day to catch her and she finally came back to her car at 6pm!!!! I went out and knocked on her window (scared the hell out of her, I think - by the look on her face and reluctance to open her window!!
) So I pointed at my gate and then she opened the window and apologised as much as humanly possible! She had been there all day from what she said!! Grrrr

You know what her explanation was? 'I didn't realise'!!!!!
