To those who wanted to know how long my hair is..

Wait ... didn't you have really curly hair not too long ago? Did you have a perm, or is yours like mine (can go curly or straight depending on mood/time available to fix)?

For some reason I thought from the headbanging picture that it was shorter!!

It has grown hasn't it! I like it

There's a post somewhere where she put a picture of the cut she wants. It's quite cool, actually. Can't remember where it is, but I do think that she needs a little more length in front, IIRC.

Sometimes I wish I were a brunette. It's so dramatic.

I've spoken with the girl who has that cut and she said my hair is just the right length for it. I will get that done in May so my hair will certainly be longer by then.

Yes my hair was really curly at one point in time but I got a straightener put on it because I can't stand curly hair (for me anyway).

My hair is the shorter version of what you want. I spike it in the back & on the top some. It is short all over. Basically, my brother & I have the same haircut, but he does his differently. I might have a picture of me somewhere that sort of shows my hair. I can find it if you want to see it.

I like that haircut you want, but I don't want to grow my hair out. I tried that for a month of two once, I thin I'll keep it short!

Natalie, It sounds like we might have a similiar haircut!

I think I saw that haircut on someone last week! It was longish in the front, and looked like just any haircut. But in the back, behind the ears, it was about 2 inches long, and she had it spiked into little points all over. Not just spiked, but chunks of about 1-1/2 inch into little points.

You can tell by my explanation, that I have no concept of stylish hair. But I'm telling you, it looked really good, while being very unusual. Her hair was kind of a bright red-orange, but I think it would look really good with your dark hair, too!

Yeah, that was it! I love that cut, and if I were closer to your age and/or working in a different field, I'd love to have it myself! 'Course, I'd have to get my hair straightened as well ...

Oh please don't hurt me if I forget I do have a very bad memory!

I LOVE the haircut you're going to get it!! My sister has a short cut similar to that, but its about the same length in the back. All she has to do is wash it and go, her hair is so straight. I would wear my hair short like that, but I think it makes me look to young (for some strange reason! most people look older with shorter hair). Anyways, can't wait to see it!

That's a really cute style...I agree with evnshawn, if I were younger I would go for that cut too. My hair tends to go wavy so I use one of those ceramic flat irons...I wonder if one of those would help you to achieve that look?

I found out that the name of that cut is called the "Reversed Mullet"
