Signs of Spring

What are the signs of spring where you live??

By me the signs of spring are:

1. The road heaves up right in front of our driveway and you can hear people bounce over that spot.
2. The Canada geese are returning north!!
3. People are being brave and riding their motorcycles.
4. The birds are eating the fermented berries left on my trees and shrubs.
5. The cats are shedding and dropping hairclumps all over the house!!

Signs for us are geese crapping all over the place again. (just kidding ) Hmm... let's see... It doesn't feel like -40 outside anymore, the snow starts melting and we begin to see concrete on some side streets. Sometimes it's actually tollerable outside.

Those are good

The big sign where I was living in Sioux Lookout was that people were walking around with no coats on (anytime the temp hits 0C) spring must be coming for sure!!

I love daffodils!!

The sun is shining!

And its almost nice enuf out to get out the Harley (motorcycle, not the cat ) and go riding!

its warmer! and the suns been shining, and you last see the left over sun at 7 pm! so its slowly getting brighter again

yeah me too!! i do look forward to them sprouting up and when i see them it always cheers me up
