Don't Turn Your Back On Me!

Topaz has claimed the other half of Mom's bed. Most times Mom sleeps on her left side and faces Topaz. But when she rolls over to her right side, Topaz will pat her and try to roll her back. That, or she'll plop her 10+ pounds on Mom's ribcage.

However, Topaz will think nothing of sleeping with her butt in Mom's face. We know who is in charge here, don't we!

My female cat Alice will do almost the same thing except she will climb over me so she can sleep on the side that I am facing.

Jaz does the same as Alice.

She usually curls up with her head under my chin, but if i turn around she will march across me to take up position again

Jan thats so funny, it's like Topaz is saying " And who give you permission to turn over!! "

Topaz is one smart kitty. Bijou wants pictures of her too! (especially her tummy he says )

Dushka sleeps tucked into me and will change sides if I turn over, by climbing over my pillow and then pushing under the duvet again. Ellie usually ends up on top of me so gets pushed off if I turn, then finds her spot again. The others don't care, as long as I don't dusturb them! That means turning over keeping my legs straight and my feet together asn they are usually lying on each side of me. The things we do!
